Bringing a team along: shared skills, documents, sessions, and a video. The work-side thread, TL;DR only.

What it is

From late 2025 I was the person at work others asked about AI-assisted engineering. I wrote Claude skills the team could share, documents and recorded walkthroughs, ran one-on-ones and group sessions, and made a short anime video as a lower entry point than documentation. The content of that work stays at work.

This is the only page on the site with other people in it, and it is deliberately thin. The lab is solo by design; the working-with-people record, the negotiations over objectives, risk and competence, the ideas that prevailed and the ones where going with the flow was the faster path, lives at work and stays there.
